The caller says they are collecting Phoenix payments on behalf of the government. These calls are not legitimate.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<h3><strong>Government not using collection agencies <\/strong><\/h3>\r\n\r\n<p>The government has confirmed they are not using collection agencies to collect payments related to Phoenix.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<h3><strong>Contact your department <\/strong><\/h3>\r\n\r\n<p>If you receive a call about monies owing due to Phoenix from a collection agency, contact your department or agency immediately.
